Hello Everyone, Joe goes to Toowoomba Farmer's Market to discover amazing & fresh local products. Today, we introduce the Joel Herlaar family and their new product Kombucha drink. They mainly grow the lime trees and sell them to the local pubs and restaurants. When COVID-19 hits Joel & Mark, they're very struggling to sell lime to the local pubs and restaurants. This is how 'the Kombucha by Tarzan' was born. Lime farmer Mark took a chance to produce the Kombucha by combining their own limes with the water direct from the farm.
